For one of our clients, we are looking for an :

Junior Corporate Lawyer

Function

• Be actively involved and participate in various projects.
• Conduct legal research (and analysis of jurisprudence) with regards to corporate law matters.
• Prepare internal and external notes in relation with corporate law.
• Prepare written advices.
• Work closely with other departments and other offices (cross-border matters).

Your profile

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in corporate law activities as well as outstanding academic qualifications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French. German is a plus.
• Good team player but capable to work independently.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills as well as good drafting skills.
• Reliable and committed.
