For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Junior Investment Funds Lawyer

Function

As a member of our Investment Funds team, you will work on different issues like :
• Structuring and documenting regulated funds from pre-launching to post closing
• Assisting service providers
• Advising on distribution channels
• Corporate and transactional services

Your profile

• You successfully passed an academic degree in law. A specialised Master’s degree (LL.M) would be an asset.
• You have 0-2 years experience in Investment Funds, particularly in UCITS and in securities, fixed income and derivatives strategies ideally gained within a large local law firm. Any experience in Private Equity and Real Estate would be considered as an asset.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Funds structures (UCITS, SIFs, SICARs, derivative funds).
• Fluency in French and English. Any additional language skills (particularly in German and/or Luxembourgish) would be considered as an asset.
• Experience in dealing with clients and providing advice with regards to Custody and administration matters.
• Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment.
