Directeur (H/F)

Function

As Director you will be in charge of:
• Managing, control and monitoring legal (Company corporate law), tax (Company corporate tax) and accounting aspects in the company.
• Managing a team of 10 persons composed of accounting, legal and tax officer, senior officer and manager.
• Being the escalation point for any sensitive issues.
• Having a strategic view of the company’s activity
• Identifying and anticipating possible problem areas and accurately measure potential risks. Propose solutions to enhance working process of the company.

You will report directly to the two managing directors.

Your profile

• You hold a university degree preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the fields of accounting, tax, or audit
• You have experience in the legal, accounting, and tax aspects of the domiciliation activity
• You are fluent in French and English. German is considered as an asset.
• You have strong management and relationship skills
• You combine the commitment to quality and the management of business risks with the ability to take initiative
