For one of our clients, we are looking for a :


Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Fonction

Business development:
• Working with the local and global practices and other functions to support client pitches, directory submissions and the position of the firm;
• Researching and participating in the development of client know-how, services and products using a variety of firm databases
Events:
• Coordinating and helping with the organisation of events
• Maintaining log of events, PR activity, sponsorships, seminars etc.
Marketing:
• Formatting and distributing client alerts and other client mailings
• Updating core marketing infrastructure, such as credentials, base slides, brochures and factsheets
• Providing administrative assistance
Online communications:
• Ensuring that the intranet and the website pages are updated when required.
• Supporting the management of online communications channels

Votre profil

• Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communication or any related field
• Previous similar experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is preferred
• Fluent in English and French, any other language would be an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of offerings (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Project management and organization skills, as well as high attention to detail
• Flexibility and drive to take initiative
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
