For one of our clients, we are looking for a :

Capital Markets and Banking Lawyer

Fonction

• Participate in a range of tasks, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation.
• Deliver a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial regulation.
• Assist clients on complex structured finance transactions involving numerous participants and jurisdictions.
• Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions

Votre profil

• Qualified lawyer with a first successful experience (e.g. throughout internships / professional experience) as well as outstanding academic qualifications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French, German would be an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Good team player but capability to work independently.
• Reliable and committed.
