For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer

Fonction

• Assisting institutional and corporate clients regarding group restructuring and refinancing, private equity and real estate transactions as well as merger and acquisitions
• Advising clients on various agreements and issuing legal opinions and memorandum regarding international transactions
• Drafting corporate documentation

Votre profil

• You have 2-3 years’ experience in the Corporate area ideally gained within a large national or international law firm.

• You successfully passed an academic degree in law. A specialized Master’s degree (LLM) would be an asset

• You are ideally admitted to list I or to list IV

• You are fluent in English, French and German. Any additional language skills (particularly in Luxembourgish) would be considered as an asset..

• Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are required to progress in a stimulating environment
