- You successfully passed an academic degree in law, ideally completed by an LL.M;
- 2-4 years experience in Investment Funds, particularly in alternative strategies (Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, Infrastructure) ideally gained within a large local law firm. Any experience in UCITS and in Securities, Fixed Income and Derivative strategies would be considered as an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund structures (limited partnership vehicles, SIFs, RAIFs) and understanding of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in dealing with clients and providing advice with regards to custody and administration matters;
- Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment.
