• Structuring and documenting regulated and unregulated investment funds from pre-launching to post-closing;
• Advising institutional investors regarding fund investments;
• Assisting service providers• Corporate and transactional services;
• Fund regulatory advice

• You successfully passed an academic degree in law, ideally completed by an LL.M;
• 2-4 years experience in Investment Funds, particularly in alternative strategies (Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, Infrastructure) ideally gained within a large local law firm. Any experience in UCITS and in Securities, Fixed Income and Derivative strategies would be considered as an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund structures (limited partnership vehicles, SIFs, RAIFs) and understanding of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in dealing with clients and providing advice with regards to custody and administration matters;
• Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment.
