• Our Operations consultants from all over EMEA help clients in a wide range of industries;
• High tech and telecommunications, the automotive and assembly industries, and metals and mining have the largest share of projects;but healthcare, banking and securities, travel and logistics, retail, hospitality,insurance, and consumer goods are close behind.

• Analytical and conceptual thinking;
• 2 to 6 years of work experience in Belgium, Luxembourg;
• A highly successful track record in a leadership role with a performing company or a start-up;
• One or multiple Master degrees from a leading university;
• Fluent knowledge of English together with fluency in either French or Dutch;
• Confident and enthusiastic;
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization;
• Willingness to travel;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
