Function

Ensures the production and preparation of financial statements, annual budget reports, forecasts and statistics
Executes the activities related to fiscal duties
Manages the company's expenses and the related authorizations
Prepares budget in coordination with the Parent Company
Draws up the periodical reports to the Supervisory Authorities and to the Parent Company
Produces periodic management reports to the Conducting Officers and to the Board of Directors
Liaises with external auditors
Is involved in the preparation of financial statements and in periodic reporting
Performs other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Strong financial analysis skills
Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of accounting (IFRS, finance, and management principles)
Understanding of mutual funds accounting process
Analytical and synthetic mind-set
Knowledge of Access is considered as an asset
Analytical skills and team spirit
Sense of responsibility, organization, rigour and precision
Sense of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
Good collaboration and communication skills
Flexibility, availability and reliability
English language, Italian
5 years academic background (Master) and/or significant professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position
