Brokerage Support Desk Officer

• Operational and customer support activities
• Clients assistance & communication via phone, email or in person
• Accounts opening, daily account checks, margin calls
• Business development through prospecting
• Company representation at trade shows, organization of sales events

• No prior experience required, but a passion for learning and financial markets is a must.
• Fluent in German and English, Dutch would be a strong asset.
• Enjoy dealing with customers on the phone, chat, email and in person.
• A learner-first attitude, eager to be trained and grow in a dynamic environment
• Affinity for modern technologies and software.
• Flexibility for occasional late shifts
