Function

Act as first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Potentially act as 4-eyes signatory on payments and administration matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Ensure all operational procedures and ISAE controls are properly evidenced within the core administration system (ViewPoint)
Manage fund and corporate administration activities including capital calls and distributions, cash flow monitoring, payments, investor reporting and ad hoc client queries
Oversee the orderly and timely onboarding of new clients (company formations, migrations, bank account openings)
Maintain and update all client data within internal systems
Perform periodic client reviews
Lead, motivate and coach a team, driving performance, collaboration and continuous improvement
Contribute to broader team strategy, operational excellence initiatives and business growth

Previous experience in fund administration, corporate services or financial services
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach and develop a team
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a fund environment
Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive process improvement and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner, comfortable with new systems and digital tools
