Corporate Paralegal

• Manage corporate housekeeping for the group, including filing official documents, publications and notarial deeds in Luxembourg
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Luxembourg
• Drafting power of attorneys, board resolutions, annual shareholder meetings, etc.
• Coordinating and receiving board signatures for documents and materials
• Providing contract support for standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure and agency agreements
• Providing support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions
• Respond to internal requests in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC) matters
• Maintaining the intellectual property portfolio
• Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR

• A professional Bachelor in Legal Practice or an academic bachelor in Law degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, corporate department, notary public, financial institution or other relevant experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-organized, committed to deliver quality work with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details and deadlines
• Pro-active and critical mindset, willingness to work in team
• Familiar with legal terminology

You will report to the General Counsel and serve as the key link in Luxembourg between the legal department and other teams.
