Fonction
- Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for operating entities
- Development of the ERP-based consolidation system and implementation of new guidelines and standards in the consolidation system
- Assisting in implementation of EU taxonomy aspects and Sustainability Report in accordance with CSRD
- M&A and post-merger accounting (PPA, IFRS conversion, impairment testing)
- Further develop group accounting and consolidation guidelines and being contact person for questions relating to consolidation and the application of IFRS
- Contact point for the proper and timely response to inquiries regarding Group reporting from tax consultants and auditors
- Assessing the impact of business decisions on accounting, including deriving recommendations for action for management and ensuring/coordinating implementation
Profil
- University degree in economics, business administration or similar
- Professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility at an international company or at a Big 4 company in group accounting with IFRS
- Sound knowledge of group accounting in accordance with IFRS and consolidation
- First experience with EU sustainability accounting directives (CSRD)
- High analytical and conceptual skills combined with good organizational skills
- Business fluent in English; German and/or Portuguese skills welcome
