Senior Payroll officer

Fonction

  • Together with the other members of the Payroll team, handle the in-house payroll process as well as a portfolio of clients
  • Gaining detailed operational excellence of all pay processing rules related to the employee’s pay and ensure those rules are maintained in the payroll system
  • Ensuring all employees’ compensation and benefit schemes are applied properly
  • Making sure that the data is in accordance with the tax, social and labour law rules
  • Processing and/or review salary outcome documents as well as payroll reports (i.e. new hires, leavers, monthly group reports etc.)
  • Preparation of monthly reports to the Finance department
  • Building up strong and long term relationships with the internal and external clients and provide them with high quality services
  • Providing employees and clients with support regarding payroll questions
  • Presenting payroll services during client meetings

Profil

  • Relevant Degree
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of payroll processes in Luxembourg
  • Knowledge of the legislation and statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of Apsal
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent English - written and verbal as well as fluent French communication skills
