Financial Controller / Accountant – Transfer Pricing

Function

Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage the day-to-day general accounting of several operational entities (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).

  • Participate in monthly and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Prepare financial statements, internal management reports and variance analyses.

Controlling & Financial Support

  • Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

  • Monitor operational costs and margins, particularly across service lines and locations.

  • Contribute to process improvement, internal controls and financial governance.

Tax, Intercompany & Transfer Pricing

  • Manage intercompany recharges and ensure the accuracy and consistency of internal margins.

  • Prepare and maintain basic transfer pricing documentation, including service descriptions, allocation keys and pricing methodologies.

  • Support tax compliance tasks in coordination with external tax advisors (VAT, corporate tax, declarations).

  • Contribute to ad hoc financial or administrative projects linked to the group’s international structure.

Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or financial controlling, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and Luxembourg GAAP (knowledge of IFRS is a plus but not required).

  • Experience working with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, cost allocations and internal margin calculations.

  • Comfortable supporting transfer-pricing related tasks, including preparing documentation, describing services or validating internal pricing methodologies.

  • Proficient with MS Office tools; experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability and organisational skills.

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to identify, explain and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
