Key Responsibilities

Process payroll and benefits amendments accurately in the payroll system

Liaise with the external payroll provider and ensure timely communication of payroll data

Review payroll outputs prior to payment submission

Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring procedures and controls are properly documented

Prepare and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations
-
Handle employee and third-party queries in a professional and timely manner

Support payroll-related audits

Ensure accurate and compliant payroll documentation filing
Profil
Profile
-
Community college diploma or Bachelor’s degree
-
2–3 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
-
Fluent in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level required); French is a plus
-
Advanced Excel skills are essential
-
High level of discretion and confidentiality
-
Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience with ADP iHCM is an advantage
