Function
- Together with the other members of the Payroll team, handle the in-house payroll process as well as a portfolio of clients
- Gaining detailed operational excellence of all pay processing rules related to the employee’s pay and ensure those rules are maintained in the payroll system
- Ensuring all employees’ compensation and benefit schemes are applied properly
- Making sure that the data is in accordance with the tax, social and labour law rules
- Processing and/or review salary outcome documents as well as payroll reports (i.e. new hires, leavers, monthly group reports etc.)
- Preparation of monthly reports to the Finance department
- Building up strong and long term relationships with the internal and external clients and provide them with high quality services
- Providing employees and clients with support regarding payroll questions
- Presenting payroll services during client meetings
Profile
- Relevant Degree
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of payroll processes in Luxembourg
- Knowledge of the legislation and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of Apsal
- Good excel skills
- Excellent English - written and verbal as well as fluent French communication skills
