Fonction
- Act as first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Potentially act as 4-eyes signatory on payments and administration matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure all operational procedures and ISAE controls are properly evidenced within the core administration system (ViewPoint)
- Manage fund and corporate administration activities including capital calls and distributions, cash flow monitoring, payments, investor reporting and ad hoc client queries
- Oversee the orderly and timely onboarding of new clients (company formations, migrations, bank account openings)
- Maintain and update all client data within internal systems
- Perform periodic client reviews
- Lead, motivate and coach a team, driving performance, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Contribute to broader team strategy, operational excellence initiatives and business growth
Profil
- Previous experience in fund administration, corporate services or financial services
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach and develop a team
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a fund environment
- Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive process improvement and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner, comfortable with new systems and digital tools
