Leadership & Management
- Support management to develop and implement client service strategies into
opportunities for current/prospective client(s). - You will be leading, developing and managing the respective CoSec team(s) involved
with your set of dedicated client(s) - Collaborate with other departments and act as the link from CoSec Services into the
wider CRM model - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on exceptional client service.
Client Relationship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
with professionalism and efficiency. - Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
- Understand and communicate clients’ requests with various Citco business functions,
operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication - Drive transparent communication with clients, negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
and take ownership of the overall client relationship and service delivery for your
portfolio - Act as the Subject Matter Expert for local corporate and legal issues and you will monitor
legal and regulatory changes - Act as a director or manager or other officer of client entities and attend board meetings,
where relevant - Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional Citco
products/services - Support the Relationship Managers with regards to performance and financial targets
Service Delivery
- Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service
propositions - Understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change
and business trends, identifying new areas of growth - Plan resources in line with business demands, seeking opportunities to implement
efficiencies and grow the book of business. - Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process
improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and
improving efficiencies
Compliance / Governance
- Maintain and review processes and procedures to ensure seamless internal and
external compliance to client SLAs and operational deliverables. - Responsible for adherence to applicable company policies, procedures and internal
controls (including audit, risk & compliance, business continuity) and foster a
favourable control environment. - Ownership of risk events, escalation and incident resolution and implement action
plans if required.
Performance Management
- Participate in recruitment and appraisal processes to attain a best-in-class team
- Set performance goals for your team and monitor progress against targets.
- Break down organizational and client KPI’s into team’s goals and objectives in order to
monitor performance of your team and ensure best practice - Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of
client services activities. - Encourage professional development and provide opportunities for team members to
advance their careers.
Profil
About You:
- You will have a degree in law or equivalent Corporate Secretarial qualifications
- You bring around 10 years’ experience in Corporate Secretarial services
- Able to lead teams, motivate staff and maintain a positive and pleasant working
environment with a sustainable and healthy work life balance. - Experience in international environment and can demonstrate flexibility and ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Expert in the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.in the Alternative Asset
management Industry and you have worked with SPVs and/or Funds. - Experience in developing/implementing/optimizing business processes for the company
secretarial offering in the Alternatives + SPV administration industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with global
teams and adapt to different communication styles. - Results driven and self-motivated.
- Available to travel on business trips to meet clients
