Function

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and benefits amendments accurately in the payroll system

  • Liaise with the external payroll provider and ensure timely communication of payroll data

  • Review payroll outputs prior to payment submission

  • Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring procedures and controls are properly documented

  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations

  • Handle employee and third-party queries in a professional and timely manner

  • Support payroll-related audits

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll documentation filing

Profile

Profile

  • Community college diploma or Bachelor’s degree

  • 2–3 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level required); French is a plus

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with ADP iHCM is an advantage
