Relationship Manager (EN, IT)
Function
• Develop the business relationship with clients, finding a balance between client expectation and interests, and Bank interest, in order to foster a long term relationship and profitable for both.
• Provide financial advice on investment strategies, estate planning and wealth management, ensuring clients are informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and well-supported
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Keep updated all the documents, contracts, and any other requirements defined by the Bank.
Profile
• Higher education (min BAC+3) in Finance
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
• Proficient in MS Office
• Languages: English and Italian - mandatory, other language is an asset
• You are able to work under pressure and to respect deadlines;
